Immigration and visa consulting and representing in Canada
According to Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) sec.91 has a law about who can legally provide consulting or be a legal representative.
Only ICCRC members or lawyers in Canada are allowed to work.
You will fill out the following sample form of “Use of representative” with your signature to give them the authority to represent your case to Canadian Immigration. Otherwise, you will not be protected by law when you use an unlicensed person to represent your case.
